Marc Stark is a director and head of Third Party (Risk) Management and Vendor Management Organization for an international foreign bank [more info needed]. Stark has over 25 years of broad-based financial analysis, strategic planning and commercial experience, including ITO/HRO/BPO/KPO, risk analysis, pricing, business plan development and analysis, merger and acquisition analysis, financial and legal due diligence, negotiations, and proposal development. A seasoned international business professional, he has had extended corporate assignments in Europe, South America and Canada.
Stark is a former director in the Shared Service Outsourcing Advisory practice at KPMG. In prior roles, he directed contract management for multi-billion-dollar international IT sourcing transitions for JPMorgan Chase. Stark was also responsible for structuring a broad-based voice/data network outsourcing transition for Bank of America, and was a member of the M&A Department at Deloitte Touche.
Stark has a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a JD from the Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. He has been a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations since 1992.
