Most swimming pools either have iron or copper stains.  Sometimes, they also have manganese or cobalt.  Our products work on all type of metal stains.  Rust and iron stains are generally removed by ascorbic acid.  Copper stains are generally removed by citric acid.

Our copper stain remover works quickly to remove copper stains from swimming pool surfaces.  The Ascorbic Acid Metal Stain Remover is best for iron.  It is food grade and will remove stains from 10,000 gallons of pool water.  The Citric Acid Metal Stain Remover is best for copper.   For best results, we recommend using both since most people have both types of metal stains in their pool.
