Nathalie Jaeger Joins Periodic Products

Nathalie Jaeger has joined the scientific team of Periodic Products Inc. as a Chemist.

Ms. Jaeger is advancing Periodic Products’ explorations in the field of organometallic (carbon-metal) compounds. A veteran of organometallic research and its related synthetic applications, she epresents a key asset supporting the company’s continuing development of breakthrough scientific discoveries and innovative products.

Ms. Jaeger received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from James Madison University and a master’s degree in chemistry from Villanova University.

Stephen L. Stieneker Joins Periodic Products’ Advisory Board

Fort Lauderdale, FL – January 20, 2012 – Periodic Products welcomes Mr. Stephen L. Stieneker to Company’s Advisory Board.

Stephen L. Stieneker currently serves as senior vice president and general counsel for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, overseeing all legal affairs for the Denver-based organization’s sports teams and entertainment venues, including the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Avalanche, and the Pepsi Center. His role spans four professional sports leagues, multiple entertainment facilities, a regional television sports network, and a ticketing company.

Mr. Stieneker received his law degree from the University of Virginia and his undergraduate degree in economics from Virginia Tech.  Prior to joining KSE he worked for Janus Capital Group as assistant general counsel, vice president of public affairs, and chief administrative officer of investments. Mr. Stieneker is also a member of the Denver Zoo’s board of trustees, and resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three children

Dr. William L. Rhey Joins Periodic Products’ Advisory Board

Fort Lauderdale, FL – January 19, 2012 – Periodic Products is pleased to announce that Dr. William L. Rhey has joined to Company’s Advisory Board.

Dr. Rhey is the dean of the School of Business and Economics at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. Previously, he served as dean of graduate studies at the University of Tampa, director of business graduate programs, professor of marketing and associate dean at the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa, director of the Center for Ethics at the University of Tampa, and dean of the Davis College of Business and professor of marketing at Jacksonville University.

A native of Latrobe, PA, Dr. Rhey holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Bucknell University, an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Baylor University, and a Ph.D. with a major in marketing and minors in quantitative methods, economics and management from the University of Mississippi at Oxford. Earlier in his career, he worked for Ford Motor Company, served as director of Marketing Management Associates, and consulted for organizations including Image Engineering (which handles projects for Marriott, Kraft, Clorox, and others), Guaranty Deposit Bank, Ferman Automotive Group, Bill Currie Ford, and the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates.

Periodic Products today announced that the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued patent number 7,964,688, which covers fundamental aspects of the Company’s Chelok® metal binding technology. This proprietary technology is applicable to multiple metal binding applications in several areas, including water purification and treatment, mining operations, corrosion prevention, and plastic and fibers.
