Periodic Products today announced that it has acquired the assets of VitalFlor Inc. of Lake Mary, Florida. The acquisition includes three United States patents and one Canadian patent on the use of supravital fluorescence technology for pathogen detection, as well as the VitalFlor® and EZ-DX® trademarks.
